When a return is eligible
Items may qualify when they arrive damaged, materially different from the listing, defective on arrival, or not delivered within the supported resolution window. The item should remain unused where possible and include original packaging for faster review.

Once approved, Hemmyevo may issue a refund to the original payment method, add value to your wallet, or arrange a replacement. Processing time depends on the payment network and the type of resolution approved.
Non-returnable situations
Items showing clear signs of wear, misuse, missing components, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify. Custom or hygiene-sensitive items can also be restricted where local rules or product type require it.
